Founders of Zephyr | Zephyr Wainui | Gisborne, NZ

Ellen, Tiago, Angus & Jacob are our names, and we’re the founders of Zephyr.

In late October 2020 we took over the Wainui Store, a classic NZ dairy. We spent many moons re-energising and putting love into the space with the help of our beautiful friends before opening the doors to Zephyr Wainui in December 2020.

We are friendly folk, here to enjoy the sunshine and good times, whilst creating positive change and impact in our community. Our vision for Zephyr is to create a space for growth, expression, and the opportunity to contribute to human and planetary health. We have personally felt and seen the benefits of plant-based living and are committed to making this lifestyle more accessible to anyone and everyone.
